BLU SKY provide a 12 month repair warranty on equipment installed by authorised BLU SKY professionals, from the date of installation. Within this period and at our sole discretion, we will repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no cost to you for parts and/or labour. Replacement products may be new or refurbished at our discretion.
This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, chips, stains and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless the consumable part damage has occurred due to a defect in the equipment or installation; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water (in excess of specifications), flood, fire, earthquake, explosion or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorised service provider of BLU SKY; (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the prior written permission of BLU SKY; or (vi) any Existing Security System but does apply to any modifications or upgrades made by BLU SKY to such Existing Security System.
Repairs have a ninety (90) day warranty. If the unit sent in requiring repair is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty will be the longer of ninety (90) days or the balance of the original one year warranty.
THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE. Subject to applicable law, in no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price of the Equipment.
This limited warranty applies to installed equipment only, and does not apply to any other services, software, websites, documents, and all other information that may be required to use BLU SKY products.
You may return to us any functioning, whole, and unused BLU SKY product purchased from our online store within 7 days of purchase. If you purchased a BLU SKY product from a third party, such party will provide information about eligible returns.
We will not accept returns for equipment that has been installed, this includes Equipment installed by authorised BLU SKY professionals. If you have paid a deposit, and wish to cancel prior to the delivery date, we may, at our sole discretion, retain such part of the deposit as is required to reimburse us for any costs incurred.
For all returns, including warranty returns, you must pack your BLU SKY product in its original packaging and include all accessories (including batteries) and documentation. We reserve the right to charge for any damage to the BLU SKY product, and missing part fees may apply.
